DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE. I REPEAT, DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE. Got food poisoning from the signature smash burger and puked about 2 or 3 hours later on the plane!! Horrible experience, I had just woken up from a little nap on the plane, felt warm/sweaty, stomach felt so weird, claustrophobic, before I knew it I was running to the bathroom puking into the paper bag! This place is way too expensive for the trash food it serves! The burger had too many vegetables stacked on top of each other, I took half of them off. Not to mention I had to stop eating the burger halfway thru bc my stomach started feeling weird. Disgusting!!! Seen other reviews on here from ppl who had the same exact experience as me! I wish I had read the reviews first. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!

I recently had a meal at Smashburger in Pearson International Airport in Toronto, and I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and flavor of the food. As a tired traveler, I'm usually worried about finding food that might upset my stomach, but my experience was outstanding. The burgers were juicy, the ingredients were obviously fresh, and the overall taste was excellent. It's a fantastic choice for travelers in search of a satisfying and safe meal before or after a flight.

I feel sorry for those who had a negative experience here, but our visit was truly impressive. First off, we explored the terminal and found that this restaurant offers the most reasonable prices compared to all the others. We ordered a DOUBLE SMASHED MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER for under $15. Additionally, the kids' meals, which include either a burger or 3 chicken fingers, a side, and a drink, are only $8 or $9. The adults really enjoyed the mushroom burger! It was a bit greasy, but that’s to be expected with a smashed burger. We visited on August 1 around 9:30/10 AM. Both the cashier and the cook did a fantastic job overall! I would definitely choose this place again for our next flight!
