Gurminder Kaur delivered exceptional service from start to finish, from taking my order to preparing and delivering the pizza. The pizza itself was delicious, with a generous amount of cheese and toppings. Gurminder's friendly and professional demeanor made for an outstanding experience overall.

I ordered from Uber Eats, but my order didn't include the dipping sauce and banana peppers. I had ordered from another Papa John's location before, and they always included them.

I've been a loyal customer at the Brampton Papa John's for nearly two years, visiting weekly, and even ordered from the Whitby and Dundas locations a few times, always opting for extra cheese (not even double) and was consistently satisfied. However, this location was stingy with the cheese, and I was met with indifference when I raised my concerns. At $30, I expected much better. I won’t be returning to this location, as the others do it much better. On a positive note, the seven cheese bread was good. Here’s a picture for reference.
