A great place to order gourmet burgers they are juicy meat is pretty good and they have a reasonable choice of toppings very classic I tried burger combos with fries and onions rings they were freshly made and with a nice flavour there are sweet potatoe fries available as well I might try them another time

Everything I ordered was TERRIBLE!I ordered though Skip on Sunday Aug 7 around 5pm and the burgers were cold, patty was soooooo dry and flavourless, buns were heavy, hard to swallow. The fries were cold and over salted and poutine was extremely salty but was kind of warm from the gravy. Even the drinks were wrong, asked for Diet Pepsi but was given regular Pepsi (don’t like the flavour of regular Pepsi, love Coke or Coke Zero but was not option)We took a few bites and threw it out.With name like Burger Factory I was excited but extremely disappointed with the whole order.

I had been to so many of the Burger Factory restaurants and was never disappointed with the freshness and customer service of the restaurants but this particular one made me rethink if I will face the same issues I had with the one for the remaining ones I am planning on visiting. I would like to start by saying that it took 20 minutes for my order of 2 burgers, fries and poutine to be made. I had to get up and look towards kitchen in order to get the food which was very frustrated experience since I had to put more money at the parking meter due to this lateness. My expectation was pretty high after I had waited that long but nothing seemed fresh to me and was not even warm. In addition, they forgot to give us pop with the order and then suddenly I remembered that I had ordered combo and they gave the pop. I wish there is a place where I can formally file a complaint about the devastating experience I had. I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody due to worst customer service and food not being fresh at all.
