Service was very slow;with only a few people eating there.We ordered a pasta dish and it had very little sauce on it.We will not return to this location!

I've been here before, but this day I decided to hang out was really pleasant. I was in my own world though, and so were some of the staff that served me. Better you show up with friends for the best time.

We were served by Anish, I hope that’s how you spell his name! But he did such a great job. His server skills were so impressive. He was kind, and he kept checking in on us frequently which was very appreciated. He also talked to us while we were giving our bill. It was a great experience and more staff like him is definitely needed. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Excellent service, we enjoyed a lot over there .The drinks were made excellent and were on time . Great service by the team and hats off to Bartender Anish . Its always great visiting there . I will recommend everybody must try their Spicy

I don't even know what happened to this franchise but it's legit gone down hill. The only decent one is the one in Niagara Falls. All the other ones are a joke. Their pizza isn't even good. They used to take pride in the pizza making game but now it's hardly cooked. French fries come out cold and soggy. Service was awful, our waitress was rude and seemed to be having a terrible day. Came by maybe 2 times to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. Meanwhile the place was empty. No ambiance, 75% of the lights didn't work. I'm pretty sure Boston Pizza is gonna shut down soon. Won't miss it. gg
