The staff here is always pleasant and the food is great. I never have to wait long for my food.

I absolutely love the beef and cheddar brisket sub. The staff consistently keeps the tables and floors clean. Everyone here is so friendly and always has a smile on their face. I have a wonderful experience every time I visit.

After a casting session, I ordered a Brisket Sub to go and drove about 15 minutes home, only to find that the meat was almost entirely fat. I called the restaurant to address the issue, and the employee told me I would need to return the sandwich to prove my claim (essentially asking me to make a 30-minute round trip just to show that I wasn't lying). There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused, especially since we couldn’t eat the subs. They made no effort to resolve the issue for our next visit, either.

The team working during the busy lunch hour today was exceptional. Even though they were short-staffed and had customers waiting, they worked diligently to fulfill orders while keeping a polite attitude and striving to be efficient. Well done to that crew!
