Ordered food via Just Eat from Hayris next door. Missus mistakenly walked into here and they acknowledged a non existent order and proceeded to make it even though I had paid Hayris. If I never went in there at the last second, we’d be having an argument over payment. Poor show when they could have easily said they don’t have an order that matches that

Avoid this takeaway. The staff are rude, and don’t know how to cook. The grilled burger was chewy under cooked. The chips were over done

I went to get dinner, I ordered a Chicken burger an d chow meal. I waited 40 minutes for my meal and when I bite into the burger it was raw. I was really disappointed as friends recommended this place for food but I would never eat here again

I am really disappointed with the service, I have received every time I place an order. Every time I order, you get my order wrong and always forget half of my order. The person over the phone who takes the orders, is just completely rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Raising his voice and shouting down the phone saying sorry with a lot of aggression. I pay for my food and expect it to be right. This is not the first time this has happened. I hope something is done about this and esp the person over the phone who thinks it’s okay to speak his own language to someone else while I am asking for the manage. Absolutely disgusting service.
