Bidrage med feedbackOur family has been enjoying meals from this restaurant for many years. We typically order takeout, and it's consistently delivered on time and piping hot. The staff is also very friendly.
The restaurant has definitely declined since the previous owners took over. The flavors were quite dull, and I couldn't finish even half of my meal because I wasn't satisfied at all.
My order was wrong, even though I was assured that everything was included (the bag seemed small). When I got home, I realized that half of it was missing. I called back and was told that my order was correct, but that clearly wasn’t the case. I had to drive back to the restaurant and ended up being charged extra for items that should have been included in the first place. The person who took my order made a mistake, yet it felt like I was being blamed for it. They really need to hire someone more competent rather than relying on an inexperienced worker to handle orders. By the time I got home, the food was cold and unappetizing. The customer service was terrible, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I picked up a pre-ordered meal at 4:00 PM on New Year's Eve and was quite disappointed. The portion sizes were quite small for the price when compared to similar restaurants, leaving no leftovers. The rice and chicken balls were average, but the General Tso's chicken was below par—extremely tiny and lacking in flavor, with no spice whatsoever. With so many other options available, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
We placed an order with this restaurant for New Year’s Eve, paying in advance three days ahead of time and scheduling a pickup for 6:45 PM. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a total disaster. They announced to customers that they were running 15-20 minutes behind, but that was an understatement. Our order was finally called at 7:44 PM, making them an hour late. They continued to take new orders despite clearly being overwhelmed. The girl at the counter kept apologizing, but it felt insincere. Many customers were understandably upset. There was no priority given to those who had ordered in advance, and it seemed like they were only managing to send out one order every ten minutes. It's disappointing that they don't recognize their limits. While our group did enjoy the food, I would have rated them just one star otherwise.
