Gol's Lanzhou Noodle Waterloo

I recommend choosing the #7 noodle type or lower, as I tried the #8 and found the noodles a bit tough to chew. On a positive note, the beef was incredibly tender and definitely the highlight of the meal, along with the side dishes. I would also advise against adding a hard-boiled egg to the noodles, as it didn’t add much value and I could have done without it. Lastly, the restaurant's air conditioning was a bit too strong, making it difficult to keep light items like napkins on the table without them blowing away. Overall, I'd be interested in trying other dishes here.

Amazing authentic Chinese noodle house with an amazing atmosphere! My and I had a great time and the food was incredible. It was also served within maybe 2 minutes of us ordering, which was incredible.They also had great choice when it came to customizing your dish, as you could choose the level of spice and even the noodle thickness.10/10 would recommend

I had a delicious bowl of beef noodle soup with hand-pulled noodles. The food was served quickly, and the service was excellent. I appreciated the option to choose the thickness of the noodles and the spice level. However, I found the medium spice to be too mild for my liking, so I plan to go with a hotter option next time. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5 out of 5.

I've visited this restaurant many times with friends, and each experience has been consistently enjoyable. The noodles are delicious, and the portion sizes are great for the price! I highly recommend trying the potatoes from their barbecue menu. Food: 5/5
