The food was awful! OMG, we ate here back in May of this year the food was amazing then, so we honestly couldn't wait to go back, but this time the food was so bad! I ordered the loaded potato skins, which were covered in some green hot sauce (not listed on the menu), so they were soggy. The fried pickles were amazing, and that is why they got 2 stars, but then someone ordered the cake pops, which tastes like soapy water. It was a shame because we honestly loved this place. The drag queen bingo was a hoot so go have fun with this.

As someone visiting from out of town and having been to Red Bear several times, I can confidently say it’s a great spot. The staff is very helpful, the beer selection is impressive, and the pub-style food is delicious. It's my favorite place in DC to relax and catch a game. I highly recommend the pretzels, fried pickles, and chicken tenders!

The chicken tenders are exceptional. They are perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and hot and juicy on the inside. The beers were also excellent, making for an overall fantastic experience.

Being from the PNW it was nice to find a brewery selling West Coast styles.Service was amazing. Jeremy is an outstanding bartender. The food was great, had a hiccup with an order and they fixed it so quick without any hesitation.

(11/4/23) Stopped in on a random Saturday afternoon at the end of a 63 mile bike ride. Starving!! Weather was lovely so we dined alfresco. Noticed the nice hodgepodge of folks on the patio (the professionals staring at their laptops, families with small kids, folks on dates, cyclists attempting to refuel). I wanted to order everything. Instead, we ordered the current black cider, the All Hallows Lager, quesadillas, waffle fries, onion rings. All orders must be placed inside at the bar. In addition, their system can't process Apple Pay. We received a pager which was going off about 20 min later.Everything was piping hot tasty. I stopped eating when I remembered that I didn't drive there had to pedal back to my car. Inclusive Cool vibes all the way around.
