Ruby Chinese - Warren

The food was delicious and the service was very quick. However, the waitress was not very friendly and chuckled when I handed the bill to my partner to sign. Not sure why she found it amusing, lol.

Ruby has consistently provided us with a good dining experience for the past 30 years, and our family always enjoys dining there.

As a business manager, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. The T-Mobile business employee was rude and refused to give me any napkins or forks. They also took care of other customers before attending to me, even though I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. I decided to leave without eating and asked for a refund. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I was disappointed. the roasted rice was burned and the sweet acidic pork was at best average.

Their food is always good. Eggrolls have beansprouts which is best says my husband! Shrimp w lobster sauce, Ruby special lo mein,, steak kow, general taos chicken, are my favorites! Yum!
