Every time I return to this part of town, I make sure to grab chicken from this place. The prices might be a bit higher now, but it’s absolutely worth it. I've been coming here for chicken since my senior year in high school, back in 1992 during off-campus lunches. I've tried other Chicken Shacks, but none can compare—this one is by far the best. The service is consistently friendly, and the chicken is always served hot. And don’t get me started on the coleslaw; it's simply the best! Go ahead and treat yourself. You know you want to!

I was in a tough spot with a party order that fell through, but the team went above and beyond to prepare my large order on short notice. I can't express how grateful I am for their kindness and effort! You truly saved the party!

On my first visit, I stopped by randomly, and I was blown away! Everything was served hot and fresh from the fryer. The food was incredibly fresh and comforting, and the service was outstanding. I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

I can't say anything positive about my experience at this restaurant. The service was awful; they charged me $11.00 for just six small bites, and the fries were overcooked and dark. The manager was rude, and I left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. It was a complete waste of both money and time. The customer service was poor, and to top it off, the menu outside was outdated. They charge high prices inside for tiny portions, which feels like false advertising. I also had to pull aside and wait an extra ten minutes for my child's meal, with no accommodations offered. I will definitely not be returning to this place.

The chicken was overcooked and dry. The fried mushrooms were good, but the broasted potatoes weren't as tasty as they used to be. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
