The Bay - WARNERS BAY

We absolutely love this Chinese restaurant! Whether dining in or getting takeout, the meals are always fresh and delicious, and at a great price. Our favorite dish is the deep-fried Peking duck with their special sauce - it's so tasty!

The Bay is a restaurant located in the WB Sports Club. The food is delicious, plentiful, and affordable. The menu mainly consists of Chinese dishes, which have all been excellent in my experience. The chicken dishes are particularly good. It's a great opportunity to enjoy a mix of Chinese and Australian pub food, and top it off with a satisfying meal. My favorite dish is the chili chicken - spicy but delicious. Pro tip: It's a relaxing spot to enjoy a beer and watch the footy game.

While the style of the Chinese food is 'Australianised ' (eg there are sweet and sour dishes with red sauce and pineapple) the actual cooking is excellent. We had sweet and sour fish and spicy squid. Both were very good the fish moist and tender...and the batter and sauce quite light but the squid in particular was excellent. Warning the squid is itself lightly battered so you might want to do a different combination rather than have two fried dishes. Notwithstanding, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the atmosphere in the bowling club is very friendly and pleasant.

I went to dinner with my family and we absolutely loved everything we tried. The dishes were all served hot and flavorful. This is now one of our favorite Chinese restaurants.
