Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

I visited Bojangles in Warner Robins, GA, on Highway 96 and ordered from the drive-thru today. Unfortunately, the chicken and biscuits I received were hard and seemed old. When I called the restaurant to express my concerns about the food, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional; they refused to assist me. I asked why I received such tough chicken, mostly wings, and one of the managers hung up on me, stating she couldn't help. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant, but they didn’t offer any compensation. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for my chicken while the staff chatted and joked around—there was no hint of customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Update 09/24/2022: I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They forgot to remove the paper from the sausage before cooking it, and then they mixed it into the biscuit. If you're in the drive-thru and they ask you to pull forward, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes in the parking lot while other customers are served ahead of you. My advice is to ask for a refund right away instead of risking being forgotten.

The manager, who seemed new, jumped into the conversation with a rude and unpleasant attitude, stating that she buys a medium drink every day and questioning my choice. I explained to her that I end up wasting most of a medium drink and preferred a small. To my surprise, she insisted that they didn’t have small cups and that I had to order a medium. I told her not to take an attitude with me regarding how I choose to spend my money. This incident was the last straw for me. As a regular customer, I am put off by how I was treated, and I have decided to take my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would.

Best boberry biscuits EVER! So buttery crispy on the outside and flaky fluffy on the inside. Each and every bite mad our eyes roll in the very best way. Employees are also the best EVER! Management needs to do whatever they can to keep these youngpeople. Kind, polite, considerate and hard working. Kudos to each of you!

Bought a $47 dinner and the chicken looked like it had been kept warm for hours, all discolored. They forgot to give us our sauces and got one of our sides wrong. They also made us park for about ten minutes before bringing out our order. Probablywon?t be going beck there anytime soon.
