The Dove Inn - Warminster

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and eat. Everyone was so friendly and the service was great. The food was good, with a wide choice of dishes, only sorry we couldnt stay for sunday lunch. The rooms were spotlessly clean Really dog friendly (as opposed to dog tolerant) especially as we have 3 2 large standard Poodles and a Cockerpoo and often find it hard to find a place that will take 3 dogs. Really recommend a stay. Rooms: The room in which we stayed was large, with a King size bed. Absolutely spotless. The bathroom was large and designed to accommodate disabled people and is equipped with a wet area shower. Nearby activities: If you like walking there are loads of trails and walks very close. If you have dogs there is a field next to the Inn where you can let your dog have a run with no concerns about running on the road (not that there is much traffic anyway).

The pub offers tasty food in a somewhat secluded spot. Service: 4/5 Location: 3/5 Highlights of the hotel: Peaceful atmosphere.

The restaurant is closed despite being booked for three days. When we arrived, the staff suggested an alternative location. While they were helpful, the wait was unnecessary. Overall, I would rate it: Rooms: 1, Service: 1, Location: 1.

I visited this place for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The staff behind the bar were absolutely lovely and very helpful. It's also a great spot for cyclists. Overall, I would rate the service and location both as a perfect 5 out of 5!
