Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Friendly staff, not always perfect service, but they have always been great about making it right. And the food at this location seems to be better than some other Cracker Barrel stores. Maybe a better chef?

I'm not gonna bash Cracker Barell. Its not their fault nobody wants to work in Knoxville.

Very good, not great. Gravy wasn't as good as usual. Waitress and other staff very friendly.

I visited in June 2022. Everything was good, but the service was exceptional, I will have to say Racheal went far and beyond for us, in my view she is waitress of the year.

As usual, long waiting period but we had a huge party of 14. It went very smoothly and the gift shop was awesome!! Our wait staff was very thoughtful and efficient! Food excellent, as usual
