Bidrage med feedbackWhy didn’t you open any registers on a Friday night? And why are there restrictions on what you can do at self-checkout? For goodness' sake, please address the awful smell near the shop! This place has really declined lately.
It's 5:00 PM after work, and there’s only one person in the deli serving customers. There’s an average wait of 3-4 people ahead of you, and it takes at least 10 minutes for service. The single employee seems overwhelmed, leading to multiple mistakes. This situation reflects poor management and planning.
The restaurant does nothing to address the issue of panhandlers. It's frustrating to see them consistently present, and despite reporting it to the management, no action has been taken. Additionally, there seems to be no recovery policy in place. Why is this situation allowed to continue?
As the saying says, “Budre beware”. The BJ app has downloaded 5 digital coupons. After I walk the self-service registers, I noticed two of the coupons worth $1,00 each one was NOT deducted. Went to the Service Desk and they immediately refunded the $2.00. Of course I asked what happened and was said it must have been a “glitter” and it happens all the time. BUYER BEWARE!
The store is dirty, no free samples, bathroom had stool and urine on toilets. Staff disengaged and no food court. Tire Center: You can only order tires online, pay for them and then 2 weeks later come and get your tires when they have an appointment. Went to my appointment and the tire center staff called out for the day. Left a message they said but on an incorrect phone. Went to my newly scheduled app and they wouldn't take me until the exact time of app. Never ever again. Pay the extra money at a place that is clean, professional and timely.
