Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

This one has horrible service. I Was the only one in line and waited 10 mins and no one took my order. Finally just left and went somewhere else. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

We always have a great experience at the Bojangles in Walhalla. They serve the best chicken and coleslaw.

Make sure to double-check your order before you leave. If your order happens to be correct, consider yourself fortunate. During my last five visits, they've consistently forgotten to include biscuits, sauces, the correct side, and/or the drink. I never make complicated requests; I simply order what's listed on the menu. It's bordering on comical if it weren't so frustrating. I've come to the conclusion that the staff and managers may either be unable or unwilling to improve their service.

The food is usually good, but we've been experiencing consistent delays. For the past two months, we've been waiting at least 15-20 minutes just for standard meals—not even for any large special orders. Every time we visit, they inform us that the chicken isn't ready and will take another 15-20 minutes to prepare.
