This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered chicken fried rice, which is a dish I always get when eating Chinese food. When the delivery arrived, I noticed that the rice had onions in it. I have eaten this dish from many Chinese restaurants before and it has never had onions in it. I called the restaurant to ask why there were onions in the dish, and the response I received was that's how they make it. I explained that I can't eat onions and requested a replacement since the dish doesn't usually contain onions. The restaurant employee insisted that I would have to pay for both dishes and the delivery fee again. I offered to pay for half, but he refused, saying he would lose money. I explained that I would also be at a loss since I couldn't eat the dish with onions. He replied that it wasn't his problem. Frustrated, I told him to take the whole meal back and give me a refund. He refused, saying it was my fault for not asking beforehand. I questioned why I would expect a common dish to have additional ingredients and asked him to be reasonable. He dismissed my request, saying I shouldn't threaten him. I clarified that I was simply trying to resolve the issue, but he only cared about money. In the end, I couldn't eat the dish and had to order from another restaurant.

The food was horrible and I will never order from there again. I would not recommend it to anyone else, as the restaurant is also dirty.

Ordered a special curry tonight, was disappointed it was cold no taste to it and was over priced. Won't go back again, stick to Shanghai in Outwood from now on.

I called asking for some beef and mushroom noodles with chips. I told them I was on my own and didn’t want 2 separate dishes; just some beef and mushroom within the noodles. £11.70 later and I’m stuck with a meal for four. Phoned back and was verbally abused. I get that we’ve all suffered during lockdown, but this was an absolute joke.
