Island Lava Java - WAIKOLOA

The food was delicious. Our waiter was extremely helpful in recommendations and how the food was prepared. I enjoyed local music accompanied by a beautiful Hula dancer. I really loved that I could shave my toes in the sand (under the table) and watch the waves in the ocean while a huge honu on the beach was sleeping a few feet from us.

The staff were all very friendly, the food was very delicious, and the drinks were cold and refreshing. This connected to the beach atmosphere and live music made it a place where I definitely return when I only had more time on the island to do so. I really wish they sell those t-shirts that the staff wears, I would like to buy them.

This is the best restaurant in the area! Everyone here is incredibly kind, and my kids had a fantastic time with all the games on the beautiful grass. The food is truly special! We enjoyed the most breathtaking sunset, accompanied by live music and the warm glow of firelight. I absolutely loved LAVA!
