Jack In The Box - Waco

Had a bad experience at our first stop at a Jack In The Box 6 minutes before this location. So we drove to this one only to end up with the same bad customer service experience. So rude, they didn’t acknowledge us, when asked for condiments I was told to wait! For coffee milk and hot sauce when there was no one in that restaurant only because the lady was also attending the drive thru. I mean I waited 10 minutes there in the counter before I asked to assist me. While the other 4 employees were just going back and forth in the kitchen. I asked another employee and also told me to wait which I did only to have him put my condiments in someone else’s bag . And gave me the wrong order. Definitely not going back to Amy of these locations in this city. O stars!

This location was absolutely filthy, to the point I didn't trust eating the food I ordered. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Stop in to get lunch for grandkids .The lady that took our order was ok . But the cook was cooking our food was pregnant with a purse hanging over her stomach. She did not put on gloves she took an order out to dining room came back did not wash her hands or put gloves on . Needless to say say i went ahead and took my order because I already paid for it but I threw it in the trash outside of restaurant. Never will I go there again Service: Takeaway
