Hilton Waco

I stayed on the executive floor on the top level, and it was quite affordable at just $225 per night! The room service was excellent, and the view was incredible! The beds were very comfortable and clean. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Location is good, overall Hotel looks clean but it is a bit outdated and Im a crew member so I'm staying here for work. As well as being a Diamond member who worked at a Hilton property before, I appreciate the front desk adding my honors number to the airline reservation but they should also let me know what perks I get while I'm there instead of me having to search and ask. Also, it's Friday night and I have to be up at 3:45am. People slamming these doors and neighbors being loud is unacceptable. Crew NEEDS to be in higher quieter rooms. Period. I understand it's a weekend and the property might be busy but, you knew we were coming...

This hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great location. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. However, the breakfast experience is quite odd. The waitstaff do not explain how breakfast works or assist guests with seating or service, except when they order an omelet. The breakfast buffet is attractively arranged, but it resembles something you'd find at a standard Hilton on the street. This is a disappointing aspect for such an otherwise impressive hotel.

I stayed in these hotels many times, and I really like it. I am mainly giving this review for the restaurant. I had breakfast there, which used to be great. The last couple of times, It was disgusting, to say the least. The fruits they serve in the buffet watermelon, melon, cantaloup) was sooooo old! you get a piece from the buffet and it as thread mucous not juice coming out of them. I am not sure how old are these! I showed it to the host there, and I asked her if she would eat this!! I also talked to the manager, which I don't think he totally got my point of serving BAD food to customers and charging them $20! I am just wondering, if this is what I see on the buffet, how does the food in the back looks like? I am wondering what was put in the omelet I ordered? Is this really the Hilton? Why is there a host standing there? just to hand you a ;late, and tell you eat from this and not from that because you paid for continental breakfast not a full breakfast??? what a shame!!!

Beautiful location on the river brazos. beautiful clean room. the personal was very nice. hotel is older and could use some updates in the rooms, but everything worked and air conditioning was a blessing.
