Bidrage med feedbackI really had high hopes. I'm sorry to say that almost every order at our table was wrong. And the drinks service were terrible. ? Our waiter looked our way several times and even though we would wave our arms to get his attention he'd turn walk the other way. We're there for an hour and a half before getting our food, and 3 hours all together to get our checks to pay. A very disappointing experience unfortunately.
I usually don't leave a bad review unless it was really bad. We were here for 3 hours and I've never seen such bad service in my life. We waited 2 hours for our meals and an hour to get our checks. The waiter probably checked on us once. I could tell he was stressed but we had to try to get his attention multiple times. My friend had to ask for her check 3 times. The drinks weren't made right and serveral of our meals weren't right either and overall it was a bad experience.
Do not eat here! The food we got was messed up as bad as you could think it could be, our waiter didn’t even wait on us, was constantly gone and only refilled our drinks once, remind you that we were there for 3 hours! And we didn’t even get our food until like 1.5 2 hours, place is very loud and you can barely hear the person right next to you
Wonderful food and great entertainment! Friendly staff and bartenders! Definitely recommend! Love that it is family friendly!
We have been to Bar Louie on a few separate occasions, we came back after previous unsatisfactory experiences to try to give them another chance. One time, we were seated outside, but no one ever came to take our order. We ended up leaving after about 45 minutes. This last time, we did have a party of 12, but we did make reservations and it was early enough that they did not have many customers. After waiting well over an hour for our food, only a few plates were served. Then a few more plates came out, which was disappointing as they were cold. When the server came over to see if we liked our food, I still did not have my plate. Oops, they forgot. So I waited while everyone else finished their food. I finally asked the waitress to just take my food off our ticket and check us out as we had a scheduled event for which we were running late. I was never rude or hateful, I know this happens. The waitress said she'd take it off my ticket, which she did. She also said the manager would be out to talk with me. I never saw a manager. I understand people are working hard and understaffed. But waiting for food that comes out cold after waiting a long time or never arrives? Or just not get waited on? Don't seat customers if you don't have staff to care for them. I work in healthcare , I understand the difficulties in today's environment. I am not mad or upset, just disappointed. I appreciate all that people are going through, it's just the culture that it's ok to just get by or not try to go a good job. Or that is not acceptable to get a simple apology from management.
