Harold's Chicken Of Monee

I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times each time I ask them not to put the mild sauce on my food and they still insist to put it on there. I ask for this hickory original barbecue sauce which they have in the back in cups. The lady with the gray hair gonna is rude and need to know how to talk to ppl. Don’t get me wrong the food is always fresh to order but I want the sauce I want in my chicken and I will not be going back here at all. This is what happens when you support some black owned company. If she doesn’t know what the original Harold sauce is they shouldn’t even be franchising his name.

Worst service ever. Lady behind the counter is very rude and unprofessional. Couldn’t use the bathroom for two minutes without her rushing me out.

The staff was very kind, and the food is always excellent. She told me 25 minutes but it definitely felt shorter, great people.
