Together with many Italian cities, viterbo has not opened many restaurants on Sunday evening, so we were relieved to find the enotria. a stylish interieur with many wine bottles and various plaques on weintrinkens put us on our lightness. The...Menu is not great, but had many interesting and somewhat unusual dishes to tempt the palate. we chose fried garnels on a cherries paste and a parmesan mill fowl, then both kanines were filled with potatoes and fennel. After consulting our weeping preferences, the waiter proposed a dunarobbia white that was absolutely perfect. all the dishes looked beautiful and tasted extremely good. we would go back in a heartbeat!

Great evening from beginning to end. my friend had rabbits and I had slowly boiled kalb both melting-in mouth delicious. other courses similar well, and service warm, efficient and unpredictable. there are many expensive weeping, but we had a cheap house that was good (not exceptional). dining experience through warm lighting and subtle background music. obviously not a household meal, but nevertheless a good value.

Comfortable, but not typical Italian setting; efficient when slightly formal service; well thought-out menu. I could not resist the carpaccio of chananina with truffle and sung cheese. the presentation was excellent, the aromen excellent, but the meat was a little strict. the steak was. overboiled (not unusual in italia) a little too much fat, but still tasty. the wine was very good as the coffee. the oil (for my grilled vegetables) was the best class
