Rockafeller's Restaurant

Spent my 65th Birthday party at this awesome establishment and cannot express how wonderful an evening it was.

We arrived with NO reservation on a Monday night [after 'tourist season'] and were surprised to see people waiting to be seated.

Atmosphere was great; casual and by the water. We had a large party; with a reservation.

We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was pretty spicy. Each person ordered a different type of enchiladas and tacos and then we exchanged ideas so everyone could try different types. We got separated quickly, which would be good for people who get engaged in the evening. Our only complaint was that it was loud quickly which made it difficult to hear yourself at our table.

The waiter was very nice and attentive. Great cocktails. Good place to people watch along with the sounds of the city (sitting outside) I would go again when in DC.
