Tim Hortons - Village of Geneseo

This is maybe the 5-6th time I have came through all ok different occasions of course and everytime without a doubt they messed up my coffee, I repeat it to them and it still doesn’t make a difference they are too worried about everything else rather than making sure the order is correct.

Three Saturdays in a row the donuts have been pathetic. This big of a franchise really can’t do better than this?

Super good coffee and tidbits. We buy the bags of coffee grounds too and brew at home too! We are fans!

The food was enjoyable, but the restaurant's interior needs attention. I visited today and noticed that the chairs near the gas fireplace were torn. Additionally, some of the window shades were missing, and one shade was hanging crookedly from its bracket. The overall appearance felt like everything had a layer of grime on it. The place could really use a thorough cleaning and some repairs. This is located in Geneseo, NY.

I’ve attempted to visit this Tim Hortons twice in one week to get a latte, only to find a sign stating that the latte machine is out of order. This has been the most disappointing experience I've had at any Tim Hortons.
