Bamboo Express - Vidalia

The food is not up to par with the prices. It's like they raised the price and lowered the quality of the food. When I order fries I could tell they had been cooked for hours and simply warmed in the microwave and they were hard. My last three times I ordered, hair was in the rice, the pork pho young and the sesame chicken. It's good when it's good, but they don't put love or gratitude into the food and they definitely are not clean with it if I'm finding hair in my food often. The egg roll and dumplings are about the only good things. The atmosphere is kinda depressing. They should do more to living it up and smile more.

Hi guys, I tested this place today and it is very dirty to the point of horror and their food is not very high quality, the service is very lame. I ask you guys, if you do what you love, do it well. I don’t recommend it, all the stars received here are fake!

Bamboo Express would rather lose a regular customer than correct a mistake. It's a shame when you have no concern for a regular customer that's spent money at your establishment for years.
