Terrible customer service. I was confused about whether it was going to cost $50 for one pizza and a donair or for two pizzas and a donair. Then, my card didn’t work due to your machine, but it was fine everywhere else. After that, you took the food away from the counter and made me pay again, which was really insulting. You can definitely expect to be treated better at other places.

Anyone who claimed that a Cosmos pizza and pasta isn’t DELICIOUS was mistaken.

I tried this place for the first time last night, and it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and quick, and the pizza was delicious. I think I’ve found my new favorite pizza spot!

I was very disappointed with the pizza. The crust wasn't cooked all the way through, and the toppings were sparse. It used to be great.

When I called back to address the issue, they claimed the price had been that way for a long time, despite me showing them what their website states. Unfortunately, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. The quality and quantity of their food has significantly decreased, while their prices have soared. I refuse to support a company that overcharges for everything. It's no surprise that inflation is so high when companies like this continue their practices. Increasing the price from $35.95 to $54.95 for half the order is simply unacceptable.
