Egg mcmuffin I ordered. Opened it to put ketchup on it and there was mold on my muffin. I called the store and the manager was rude about it

Great local tavern with delicious food favorites and genuinely friendly customer service. Our server Jordan was awesome, very cheerful and happy to help! I had the City Tavern Burger medium rare and my wife had the City Tavern Cobb Salad. We always shareour meals so we have two opinions about any particular dishes and our plates essentially tell the story.

BEST: The drive-thru was the fastest I've ever experienced! Despite a long line of cars when we arrived, they managed to move us through quickly. We hardly even had to stop; we just slowed down at the window to pick up our food. WORST: The food itself was disappointing. I've never encountered such tiny, thin, and overcooked hamburgers in my life! My friend opened hers first and couldn't believe how flat it was; it looked like a burger that had been run over by a truck… multiple times. We thought maybe she just got an unlucky one, but the rest of us ended up with similar "micro-burgers." Even the Quarter Pounder was small and flat! On top of that, they were excessively overcooked. Additionally, we ordered two pies for dessert, and even made sure to clarify this with the person taking our order, but there was only one in the bag. I suspect the reason the drive-thru is so quick is that they prepare all the burgers hours in advance and just slap them on buns when an order comes in. So... YUCK. I appreciate fast service, but not at the expense of quality food!

We ordered two Shamrock McFlurries and received these delightful treats.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The food exceeded that of several other nearby McDonald's locations.
