I was missing items from my delivery order and they said they forgot to put the salsa in the bag. So “Jimmy” told me I could come pick it up if I wanted to. I said why would I come get it when I had the order delivered? Then he said sometimes people forget things and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was informed by a female team member that there was no manager on duty. Then she said the chips and salsa were free anyway. Nothing is free, it included in the price. Very very poor customer service.
