BUT when I call the center and he has no idea where the order can be, he can only say: The courier has a few minutes and he will be there , it 's frustrating. An hour and a half after ordering, I called again to say that it wasn 't really delivered here and that I would like to receive my order in the right quality. So we agreed that if the quality is not adequate, the courier will bring me a new one. The courier arrived within 3 hours of placing the order. I simply and understandably said that I would like to exchange it then. After 40 minutes, they managed to bring out the food, the icing on the cake was not what I asked for in the order (5 items were left out, but at least I got a cabbage salad). Usually, the company or the courier does not admit that it has made a mistake and provides an apology or compensation only if a person complains and makes a face. (Unfortunately, this already works in many places)
It has already happened once or twice that the food did not arrive on time. There was a time when we only received 10 of the 20 chicken wings. They have already sent me to another address that I ordered.
