Stackhouse Burger

We had lunch there with my family, the service was greate and the food its amazing, love the yam fries and the Burgers

The Stackhouse is a basic hamburger house. Metered street parking is available (be careful to park upon the sidewalk as there is no parking on Granville Street). My lunch consisted of a burger and large onions.

The burger was well prepared and tasty (I got the Kobe). I suppose some might complain that the 5.5 oz patties are too small, however, I thought it was a perfect portion size. Filling, but not stuffing. The fries were pretty good, too. The service I received on my recent (Saturday night) visit was exceptional. My server went out of his way to accommodate my every need and was very personable. A telling sign: when he went into the kitchen to plate my food, he place it on the server's island, came out and washed his hands, and then picked up and served my plate. Good knowledge of the beers and bourbons available as well.

I have been going here for years, nowhere can you get a deal on quality like this. It's a Granville street miracle, why waste money anywhere else? This place is classy and artistic and chic place and I just love it. The chicken burger is to die for!

Among others were beer and serviettes. the pommes were still cold in the middle. the bathroom was not particularly appealing and there were no towels.
