Minami Restaurant - Vancouver

I've been to Minami multiple times and it's consistently been my favourite sushi restaurant in the area! I love dining with friends and family because it's a great place to order a bunch of things to share. Some recent favourites have been the salt lemon nigiri for dinner, and the Minami donburis for lunch. The fish is so fresh and everything was prepared beautifully! Can't wait to go again.

Though it doesn’t have an extensive menu, you can find everything to get a great meal. We tried all rolls, sashimi lunch and ala-carte, and were absolutely happy with our choices. Kim was outstanding as a server, thank you all the staff.

Excellent food. Definitely a great place for sushi. Service fine but not great. The food quality compensates for it.

Perfect! Unique and delicious. Definitely something special. Will come again next time we’re in Vancouver. Favorite restaurant and meal of a 10 day trip!
