Taqueria Don Jose - Vancouver

Their chorizo tacos are the best in town from what I can find, if you want flavor get chorizo. They also grill their onions longer than any other place I've seen, resulting in deep color and flavor put a little salt on them and you have a wonderful sweet salty savory side. Sadly, groundbeef tacos were very bland, don't order those... also, they no longer have a covered dining area, but I eat in my truck so no problem for me.

30 tacos ordered and all of them were delicious. Still wonderful.
