Rifugio Teodulo - VALTOURNENCHE

Piccola sosta prima di andare sulle montagne innevate, volevamo qualche cosa di leggero perché soggiornando in un hotel con colazione, alle 13 non potevamo avere fame. Comunque tra toast, patatine fritte, lasagna e pizza a tranci, direi che il giro per addentrarsi nel gelo dei 2500 mt è stato fatto. C’era molta gente e molta confusione ma normale direi! Personale molto gentile. Vista mozzafiato sull’imponente Monte Cervino. Purtroppo come scritto da altri, alcuni “punti” lasciano un po’ a desiderare ma, la colpa è della gente non del gestore. 13 Gennaio 2024

The best team in the world. We felt at home. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Special greetings to our friends Daniela and Gyana.

We reached this Rifugio from Cervinia and the view from up there was worth every step we made. It can be reached on foot after a 4 hour (or 2.30h from Plan Maison cable car), the road is wide and not very difficult, being used by the Rifugio car also. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our lunch with a view to the Matterhorn Cervino. The prices were fair and convenient for this altitude (the same as in Cervinia) so together with the stunning view resulted in a great experience.

We all very much enjoyed our overnight stay, the food was excellent, there was plenty of it and the rooms were very comfortable, and very clean. We have also eaten here for lunch before and again it was without fault. Would highly recommend.

Dropped in for a drink late morning. Server was very friendly and helpful, bombardino was divine. Menu looked very good (although we didn’t eat there). Restaurant area was comfortable, warm with fabulous views of the Matterhorn. Must go for lunch
