Jack In The Box - Uvalde

Set a mobile order for 3 items and a drink 30 minutes before I arrived, they started making my order when I got there and forgot 2 of the items and tried to send me on my way. Got home with the food and they didn’t even put toppings on my loaded hotdog and I asked for sprite and got diet Fanta. I place orders ahead of time to make it easier on staff so they can make sure it’s right and I can just pick it up and leave. I’m dissatisfied to say the least.

They were without ice and drink machine not working. They had no pepper for fries. No AC but I'm sure they were working hard to make it the best they could.

This restaurant is empty 90%of the time, yet everytime I have to pick up a delivery from this store it's guaranteed a 10-15 minute wait time.

Driving back from Del Rio and stopped for late breakfast. Everything was good other than the employee's arguing up front.

We had a bigggg order we had been skeptical to come back to jack in the box Uvalde as of past experiences weren’t so great. But what change! Wow breath of fresh air really. Those sandwiches did not disappoint cooked to perfection as well as taste delicious. We also got the halves fries which were fresh and perfect amount of salt. Just want to take the time to thank the team Sunsirae, Benny Benito and Julie for your excellent customer service you went out of your way to assure us that our meal was being cooked right and just went well above customer service. Best service I’ve had at a local Uvalde fast food restaurant in a long time others take note! thank you kindly! Faith in jack in box restored!
