Burger Dive At Potluck

Guinness, decent cajun fries, a Killer chicken burger (way above expectations). Definitely beyond anything I expected. I'm actually glad I passed granite city and crave to try this one. And Cassidy is an absolute mind reader, plus taught me adifferent way to pour Guiness so it tastes like it's on tap.

The burger is not basic, it tasted good. I had the nachos burger. Staff are nice and got the food ready fast. But personally I think $18 for a burger, chips bag and a fountain drink is a lot higher than it should be.

I received the wrong order, and the food was very disappointing. The wait was excessively long, and their French Onion dip was watery and tasted like a mix of Thousand Island dressing and sour cream that had been left out in a hot kitchen for hours. I recommend saving your money and choosing another restaurant instead. Even for a mall eatery, this one falls short.

The Cajun fries are fantastic! They're a bit spicy with a nice Cajun kick. However, the wait time for the fries was quite excessive. I waited around 10 minutes, maybe even longer. The person at the register took my order efficiently, but after that, they didn't acknowledge me or mention how long my order would take. There was another order that had been sitting there for at least 2 minutes before he finally noticed it and packaged it up. I understand if it had been busier at the Rosedale Center, but it was actually pretty quiet. I hope to return sometime and have a better customer experience!

Cassidy, Jenny, and Sakeem always take excellent care of me when I visit! They remember my exact order each time I come in. However, I can’t stand the guy who hardly ever works and tends to ignore me when I need service; I make sure to mention it every time.
