La Lupa Pizza & Pasta - TYABB

After hearing great reviews from acquaintances we thought we would stop in and get a pizza from here. There was so much shredded ham on it you couldn't get the true taste of the pizza. Way too much toppings, cheese and no flavour. Sorry wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

Can always depend on the best pizza! Once you've had la Lupa you won't want to go anywhere else. We know people who come far and wide. Mick and the team will make sure you won't go hungry

La Lupa is one of our local pizza options, and one of the best. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even though they are always very busy and have to be efficient. When ever we call in for pick-up, I am always amazed at the amount of people they have working at their store. I'm pretty sure it is take-away only, unless their are a few chairs moved outside in the summer months.The pizza is great - heaps of toppings, and good quality too, no filler. I am usually able to put away a large pizza on my own - not so at La Lupa; there will be some leftovers for 'ron!The only downside I can think of is that there can be over a 30 minute wait time during peak periods. My recommendation - get your order in early, as it is worth the wait! We will continue to trust La Lupa with our pizza orders as long as we live in the area, I have not been able to better their quality and value for money anywhere else.

On our way to MotoGP we stayed in Tyabb the night prior and the night after the racing. The owners of our motel told us about La Lupa (and indeed there is a menu in the motel room) - as there isn't a lot of other options, we decided on our first night to give their pizza a go.We had planned to have delivery to our room (which they are happy to do) but didn't have any cash on us, so it was just a quick 2 minutes up the road to pick-up. We had a hawaiian pizza and it was both really big and really loaded with toppings (perhaps a little overloaded to be honest) but it was certainly delicious.On our second night we thought we'd give their pasta a try and had their chilli penne - wow, this was hot. Again perhaps a little too hot to be honest - but it certainly cleared the sinuses and it was delicious once the burning subsided.Great option and would recommend.

Went here to pick up some pizzas after work at 5pm on a Tuesday and they were already busy. A good sign. I placed my order for 2 pizzas and it was ready in 15 minutes. The pizzas were very generously topped and delicious :) The pizzas are very filling and just right after a hard days work when your hungry. There is so much on the menu and I look forward to trying many more of these pizzas. Staff are super too :)
