I’ve had the pleasure of chatting with the owners on several occasions, even when I wasn’t placing an order. It’s always enjoyable to converse with the chef as he skillfully prepares meals and sets the tables, showing great attention to detail in both presentation and cooking. Even during peak hours, the service remains prompt, so you won't have to wait long to start enjoying your meal. There are plenty of places to eat at the flea market on Tuesdays, showcasing a diverse array of cuisines from various cultures represented in the area. However, you absolutely need to give this particular spot a try. The food is nothing short of spectacular. Their small dishes, which they are known for, are easy to enjoy and, in my humble opinion, it's a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat. The owners are incredibly friendly, speak both English and Spanish, and they treat their customers with great care. As a fellow vendor who is often busy working to make a profit at the market and doesn’t have much time to browse for food, I really appreciate their service. There have been several times when I’ve had a chance to chat with the owners while they set up, and I’ve even found that they've offered me a generous amount of delicious food—complete with peppers and all the extra touches—without me having to place an order. Their hospitality is truly commendable. When I do order, the food arrives promptly, even during busy times, allowing me to enjoy my meal without losing too much time at my selling spot. While there are many options for a quick bite at the flea market, I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
