Papa Johns - Tulsa

I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:45 pm, and the delivery driver did not show up until 8:40 pm, asking if we had already eaten. She was the only one making deliveries. I am pregnant and this is unacceptable. Papa John's, you should be ashamed. They didn't even offer to comp the pizzas after making us wait 2 hours. If you can't find enough employees to run your business properly, then shut it down. Don't overwork one person because of a lack of quality help. This is despicable. I will not be ordering delivery from Papa John's again.

I walked here for lunch because the posted hours say it’s open but it’s located inside the BOK Center that is closed and locked up.

Got sick off of what we ordered. When I called to let them know the manager just said ok. He didn't ask my name, what I ordered or offer a refund on the spoiled I was served. Hopefully no one else got sick.

I have a lot of problems with Papa John's and if it weren't for my nephew and dogs loving it, I wouldn't waste my money on it. I used to order from them about twice a week, but they have been making so many mistakes lately that I don't even want to bother. First of all, they should start drug testing their delivery drivers. The last time I ordered, the delivery guy was acting strange and my dog was acting aggressive towards him. I've complained to management, but they don't seem to care. They have messed up my order multiple times and their delivery people have tried to overcharge me. When Papa John's tried to make it right, they sent me an invalid promo code on a postcard. Their website is also not working properly. I can't see this company lasting long in Oklahoma if they continue to provide such poor service. I just want to know when they will make things right for the customers who have been scared by their delivery drivers. Thank you for nothing, Papa John's.

Absolutely the worst service i've ever encountered in my entire life. i ordered my food over an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. if your drivers name starts with an R it means get a refund. terrible terrible.
