Billy Jacks Panciteria - Tuguegarao

Absolutely delicious Batil-Patong! This was my first time trying it, and it blew me away!

The pancit batil patung that I'm used to is a traditional miki noodle dish served with ground beef, an egg, and beef broth. However, this restaurant offers a unique twist with a vegetarian version, as well as the protein-packed option I've chosen, called the Dabadabest. This version is topped with crispy fried pork belly strips, Chinese chorizo, crushed chicharrón, and chili oil, in addition to the usual toppings of beef, egg, broth, and onions. Absolutely delicious!

I went to Billy's specifically for the Balut topping, but unfortunately, they didn't have it this time either. This is the second occasion this month that I've encountered a lack of Balut, which is quite disappointing. Many customers likely come here just for that topping, so they really need to keep a closer eye on their supply. As for the pancit, it was just okay—not bad, but not great either. The chorizo had a slightly strange taste that I didn't care for. On the positive side, the ambiance at Billy's stands out and is definitely better than 90% of the other pansitan places in Tuguegarao.

If you are a rock music fan and you like to eat pancit this place is good.
