Kfc - Tucson

The food was average. It wasn't the best KFC chicken I've ever had, but it was still good. However, the restaurant's cleanliness was lacking. The staff seemed to lack pride and good work ethics, which was evident. There is definitely room for improvement.

My wife has a chicken sandwich and I have the Nashville hot channels. I didn't get boiled. had an area where all ythe Nashville season was, untilcuit was hard as a rock. her sandwich had branded on the bungalow and the chicken was crispy. Not the crust that should be, but the actual huh. to finish it, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was diarrhea that had been quite clear for a long time.

For the first time in 20 years at kfc. because my father wanted it. this place is terrible filthy no tp in the rest room I got a bucket of the side what a sweat . the container with the maic kartoffels in it was less than the half full. the cookies where cooked and hard like a rock and the price is 8dollars cheaper on the website menu. I'm not about the price, but they should change it on the website. in any case not what I remembered. so dirty. I should have just left, my own fault. I can see why this place is going out of business. I didn't miss anything that didn't happen in 20 years. the first and last time I go to a kfc. No wonder nobody was in there, all seem to be next door. I've never been there.

I just kept a famous bowl in and they were made of popcorn and limonade and pepsi and dr. pepper. They try to order the side meal. and they were made of mac and cheese. tried to order 8 pieces only crispy chicken and they had no white meat. she kept asking the woman what they were doing, and she kept saying that everything was, but they were from others. lady never said that she did it just that they were out of the dings. terrible service, terrible, as simple as pepsi. don't go here.

First off KFC has been a family favorite since I was a kid. This last experience at this location was horrible. My son and I ordered popcorn nuggets with Mac n cheese. We were advised no popcorn nuggets due to a shipment not coming in. Then I commented no famous bowl either right. He said we have enough for a famous bowl. I was so excited and ordered the combo. My son ordered chicken tenders with Mac n cheese and then was advised no Mac n cheese. He was bummed but quickly got over it. He settles for fries. Took us forever to get our cups. The guy walked away and didn't come back. Finally our order came up. My son's combo looked ok. His biscuit was really dark and hard as a rock but he doesn't eat them anyway. I opened up my famous bowl. It had 5 nuggets a very small scoop of potatoes and way too much gravy and no cheese. I took it back to the counter and waited a long time before I just said no loudly doesn't the famous bowl come with cheese The gentleman that took the order said oh yeah like he forgot. I asked for a refund. I also didn't even get a cookie. Super disappointed and no one even said sorry or looked like they cared. I'm in customer service and empathy goes a long way.
