We ordered a small Cuban sandwich and a medium meatball dish, but after waiting 27 minutes, we still hadn't received our food. The restaurant was full, yet not a single sandwich was served at any table. We decided to get a refund and leave. Unless you're planning to cover your expenses by selling $3 pickle buckets and $2 bags of chips, it might be a good idea to train your staff on how to prepare the sandwiches you offer.

If you're looking for a sandwich that you can finish in just two bites, Firehouse is the place to go. However, you might find yourself feeling let down. For $5.99, you're only getting a sample-sized sandwich. What kind of world are we living in? Firehouse, you can do better.

The sandwiches here are amazing, the service is quick, and the dining area is impeccably clean. I absolutely love this place!
