Wán Shān Shāng Diàn - Tsu

味玉鶏白湯ラーメンとチャーシュー丼を頂きました。鶏チャーシューは味が濃いということはなく丁度良い塩梅でした。次回は醤油味にチャレンジします。

久しぶりに醤油ラーメンを食べました。しょっぱい醤油ラーメンではなく、上品な出汁のきいたスープで美味しかったです。スープを飲み干しましたが、喉も渇くこともなく、体に優しい感じでした。次は鶏白湯を食べてみます。

These are the best rams we had in japan. the white chicken broth is tasteful, rich has historical complexity. noodle was well cooked, but not done excessively. charsiew was tender. the rather different layout in the bowl indicates the great taste that goes beyond my ability to describe it. we had the luck of capturing it during lunchtime. the price is very reasonable in a part that is sufficient, but the lingering that you are not filled. had no food pick because we didn't expect something so special. this is a hidden jem! definitiw 5 stars!

プラネタリウムは綺麗ではあるが 天然の星空には敵わない。 今日は鶏白湯。 鶏白湯はあまり好みではなかったが こちらの店では売り文句の一つである。 知らんけど。 一口食べてびっくりした。 とても上品だ。 品位のない私にはもったいない。 山から降ってきた川はいずれ海につながる。 雨が降らなければ、生物は消える。 今宵も食物連鎖の時代 次に食べられるのはあなたかも知れません。
