Chipotle Mexican Grill - Triadelphia

This Chipotle location is fantastic! My husband and I are regulars and visit at least 3-4 times a week. The staff knows us by name and remembers our usual orders! I dislike having my food mixed, so they always provide a fresh side of sour cream to ensure nothing gets combined with it. The manager, Lexi, is incredibly sweet, and Jada is just as kind! They always make sure we are well taken care of. The food is consistently fresh and served hot!

When we went to pay, the cashier simply stated our total without even inquiring about chips or drinks, and certainly didn’t say thank you. It was an incredibly awful experience, and I will never return. I’m visiting from out of state and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior before. This was hands down the worst Chipotle, with staff that need to be fired immediately. Host: Eamonn.

I've always left Chipotle feeling satisfied and well-served, but that changed today. I ordered a burrito, and the person preparing my meal was quite stingy with the ingredients. By the time I reached the end of the line, my six-ingredient burrito resembled something you'd find at Taco Bell, but at nearly double the price.

We go here a lot and the food is always fresh and the workers and management treat us unbelievably (we’re picky people) . I can’t give it enough
