2000 Chinese - Town of Hounsfield

So we tried to call and order from 2000 Chinese Restaurant. The girl that answered didn’t ask my husband if he was paying with cash or card, just assumed he was paying with cash. Then hung up on him. And when he finally got back through to finish our order, she goes “Oh I’m too busy, I’ll call you back”.

Love this place the people always take the time to make sure you get what you ask for.

I went in personally to order some hot and sour soup and fried wontons, somehow it got mixed up and I got wonton soup. I called in to try to let them know the mix up and the guy claim that he repeated my order back to me. He did not because when it came time for me to charge I had to unlock my debit card, I guess it was taking me too long so he got distracted and walked away, then came back and just charged my card. I didn't think of such a small order could get mixed up so I didn't think anything of it. But my order was wrong and there was no option for me to even bring the soup back. Very unsatisfied and my fried meat wontons were soggy. $18 spent for nothing. Won't be returning
