Sonic Drive-in - Topeka

I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a medium popcorn and requested buffalo sauce on the side. I should have checked the bag before driving away, but I made the mistake of trusting a fast food place. There were only a few cars in the lot—half were occupied, and I was the third car in line, so it wasn't very busy at all. When I got back to work and opened the container, I found extremely burnt, dry food that was slathered in buffalo sauce. This marks the third time I've received poor quality food from Sonic. To make matters worse, I had no reception to report the issue.

I always hope that the experience will improve, but my cold meal, which was quite pricey, should have been served hot and fresh. I'll give it another try in a few months. I genuinely want this place to succeed, especially since there aren't many quick food options in Osage City.

I'm really frustrated. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally got home, it was incomplete and soggy. I had even tipped 25% through the app, and I won't be doing that again!

Here is an early dinner. ordering the 5 pieces chicken offers $9.xx) once they arrived, you could quickly say that everything was cooked over. the Texas toast was almost burned, the chicken pliers were dry and they had not included the diving sauce so they had to ask. the perpetrator deaths were very crisp. I also order a small strawberry shake cost just under $3) and not sure if it ever saw a strawberry. it was practically vanilla ice cream in a shaking tank. really disappointed for the $15 meal including tipp on the server.
