During our visit today, we had the opportunity to try a vegan dish on the menu: veggie couscous. The dish was delectable, packed with a variety of interesting vegetables such as Fava beans, pumpkin, squash, and beet. We also enjoyed our meal on the second floor with a view overlooking the houses of Tanger.
