The casino is fantastic, but there's a significant shortage of non-smoking areas. The only smoke-free space is the food court, which has just a few slot machines. The smoke situation is quite unpleasant, and we won't be returning.

I had a great time because I won some money! The only downside was that the restaurant closed too early, and the two espresso martinis I ordered from the bar cost $32 before tip! Despite that, it was a fantastic way to wrap up Father's Day 2023!

I have been going here the last 4-5 years and the biggest problem is the service. They struggle to be properly staffed with dealers and waitresses are almost non existent. I dont really have a problem with that but it 's inconvenient. My biggest problem I have is the professionalism of the pit boss/floor sypervisors. I never had issues with them but lately i have experienced 2 incidients of micro aggressive behavior. The first is when I was confused on a payout for a new table game and addressed it to the dealer but realized i was talking about the wrong bet andimmediately corrected myself and apologized. The supervisor watching then told me to hold my horses and relax myself. I was relaxed and even corrected myself before anyone even responded. It was unnecessary. My second situation happened when i asked a different floor supervisor to throw away my dunks cup for me please. Something pit bosses do ALL THE TIME and even often offer. When i asked her she gave a sarcastic response... of course, we wouldnt want you to have to get up from the table now would we. She then proceeded to handle my cup like it was toxic waste... putting gloves on and then using a napkin to slighty touch the lid of the cup in front of me before dowsing her hands with sanitizer afterwards. The best part was 5 minutes later she shook the hand of a patron she knew and little did she know I saw that patron in the bathroom earlier to which he declined to wash his hands after using the bathroom. Well looks like the joke I mean bacteria is on her, haha. They need to have a retraining on how bit bosses are expected to treat their patrons. I 'd understand if I was acting foolish but I wasn 't and don 't conduct myself that way.
