The food at this restaurant was great, but there was a need for more attention to detail. My ham hock starter was tasty, however, the ham was all at the bottom and the mash on top was not mixed in. The vegetables with my lamb main course were raw instead of al dente. The sticky date pudding was delicious! The service was lacking, with servers stretching across diners rather than going directly to the person waiting for their food, and also when clearing the table they were again stretching over diners instead of going around. Despite these issues, I would return as it is a great value for the money.

This restaurant is a charming spot that is both inspiring to students and provides excellent facilities to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, there is ample parking available.

Today, I went to Aspire restaurant and bar for lunch with some colleagues. It was my first visit, and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, even consulting with the chef when they couldn't answer a menu question. The food was delicious, with generous portions that made it difficult to resist the desserts. Everyone in our group had a great experience, and we all felt that the price we paid was excellent value for the quality of the meal.
